Symptoms:

Arteriosclerosis is a process in which fatty deposits from cholesterol and other cellular substances produce plaques which in turn cause hardening of the arteries. Causes of atherosclerosis are high cholesterol, high blood pressure (hypertension), diabetes, cigarette smoking, obesity, physical inactivity, and stress.

Varicose veins are dilated veins of the legs and body. They are caused by increased pressure on the veins as during pregnancy and with certain work which requires long hours of standing. They cause burning and shooting pains, swelling, leg heaviness and numbness. Spider veins are smaller veins more closely to the surface of the skin.

Anemia or decreased red blood cells (and their hemoglobin, oxygen carrying organelles) causes fatigue, headaches, irregular heart beat (palpitations), and dizziness. Anemia is caused by blood loss, menstruation, decreased production or increased destruction of red blood cells, poor diet, iron deficiency, vitamin deficiency, sickle cell, ulcers, hemorrhoids.
